Booking Conditions
AurA Hotels® is the hotel marketing brand of AuroRA Hospitality Private Limited. AuroRA Hospitality Private Limited (AHPL) is registered under The Companies Act 1956 with contact details as shown below. AHPL is NOT a travel agent or tour operator but a facilitator, which has relationships with a number of exclusive hotels, whose properties and special interest trips are featured on this website. Your booking, when it is made, will be with the relevant hotel.Your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent on-line confirmation and provided your credit card details, the hotels will instantaneously (automated process) acknowledge receipt of your guaranteed reservation. Any other amounts due from you including cancellation and non refundable fees will be collected by the hotel concerned. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase or for the acts or omissions of any hotels or other persons or parties connected with any arrangements.
All bookings for accommodation and trips are subject to the booking conditions of the relevant hotel. Customers are responsible for reading the hotel’s booking conditions of which you are advised at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment charges may be payable to the hotel. The amount of such charges will depend on the individual hotel's cancellation policy and usually varies according to the period of notice given.
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.
Parents are responsible for ensuring children are supervised and are careful not to book any excursion or activity that could prevent a risk to their children
Please note that the hotels may not have facilities for the disabled that are of an equivalent standard to those found in UK, Europe, United States etc. Anyone suffering a disability should confirm with the hotel the suitability of the hotel prior to making a booking
All credit card information provided by you will be handled on a secure server using 128-bit SSL technology. The secure server is separate to the server that runs this website.
Exclusion of Liability
Whilst AHPL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on www.Aura-Hotels.com, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes that may have occurred. All prices regarding properties and destinations displayed on Aura-hotels.com are provided for guidance only. Services and facilities can be withdrawn at short notice and AHPL does not accept any liability for the descriptions given.
We do not accept responsibility for your direct dealings with the hotels, once the introduction has been made. All hotels are themselves responsible for providing you with the final price and booking conditions for your reservation.
AHPL does not accept responsibility of the accommodation at the hotels. If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact the hotel/villa manager in order that remedial action may be taken.
AHPL does not accept liability for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with this website including, for the avoidance of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material contained in this website or any inability to access or use this website.
